For iGuide package, square footage over 2500 sqft charge is based on exterior area number in iGuide report.


Properties should be ready to be photographed when the photographer arrives, and will be photographed "as is".


iGuide Reports and Images are delivered via email by midnight of the next day excluding properties shot on Saturday. These will be delivered on Monday. 


Please note that a charge of $29 will be added to shoot on a weekend or statutory holiday.


Same day cancellation/no-show incurs a fee of $75 plus taxes. This will also be applied if the photographer can not start shooting within 15 minutes of the appointment start time.


We do not take responsibility for weather conditions. 


Travel fee. For listings more than 60 km round trip from this postal code: L5M 5L4, there is an additional travel charge of $1/km. travel fee= (total round trip - 60km) * $1/km.


Photographers schedule multiple appointments each day. Please respect our time and be ready in advance of our visit. Photographers will not assist with staging or moving furniture. Photographers cannot stay and wait for staging and that both a cancellation fee and a travel fee will apply if the property is not ready. Please be ready for the appointment before the photographer’s arrival.


Pets should be removed for the visit.
